Help with ideas for 3 yr old DD room

Hi

My 3 year old DD has been in her cotbed since 18 months and she had some lovely furniture and accessories from vertbaudet in her nursery. here We didnt know the sex and went with those colours.

We moved her from the nursery into a double bedroom and last year Jan I bought a few Dora pieces which you can see in the above pics and really would love to change her room and buy a new bed that would last her longer with some storage solution.

I personally never liked pink rooms but she is such a girly girl. She is not into Disney Princess as yet but loves other girly things. I am looking to get a white furniture set, bed, wardrobe, chest. Looking for ideas on bookcases and colours to either go with the Dora things I got which is orange and yellow. Initially wanted a cabin bed but happy to go with a sturdy kids bed that will last her longer than the junior beds that only lasts until age 5.

Any ideas would be very welcome. Not a very big budget because I am also buying new things for our new baby due in 2 months time.

Thanks

Ikea is your friend.
Some great things and ideas for childrens rooms, and very reasonabley priced. They do a bed which can be a low bed when child small, then turned up the other way to use as a high bed when older.

I have always liked stickarounds too, as they can be removed.
