same car trouble again 8 weeks after repair

Spent nearly £900 getting new clutch and fly wheel 8 weeks ago. taking it back tomorrow as same juddering noise has started when in low gear.
Where do i stand regards paying for same repair?
presuming they'll fix it without charging if it's a faulty part.
Really hope so as ive no spare capital to pay for a hefty bill.
