It has dripped on my ds's bed and is dripping quite fast. Sad

DH has tried to fix this hole in the roof three times eaching time believing he has done it.

The insurance company says it's wear and tear for which we are not covered.

We don't have any money for this.

Any suggestions? I'm off on the school run now but will check back.

No suggestions, but lots of sympathy. Last night I rediscovered a leak I thought was fixed. Luckliy, we hadnt repaired the damaged ceiling (no money, so on second thoughts not so lucky!)

Its supposed to be under guarentee, but the person I need to speak to has been lying low and apparently not due back in until after weekend. Spider, I'll cross fingers for both of us that the rain holds off.

Flat or pitched roof?

The water is quite possibly tracking from a separate area to the one your DH has fixed?

Sadly it's a leaded gully roof.

I reckon you must be right about it running down from a different place. DH has been up there loads of times trying to find leaks to no avail.

There's a man coming this morning.
