I hope you get your money back soon lockets. It seems these catalogue companies don't have a flipping clue what they are doing!
Told me I couldn't sign for it as machine was broken and he didn't have paperwork with him
again. I rang and told the company parcel had arrived, delighted they were. Checked bank account to find they had refunded me for said missing items!!! Not only that but they have refunded the full price of £29 and not the discounted price!! I've sent them an email pointing out there error so am fully expecting to be told that I wasn't entitled to the discount. <<big sigh>> After all of that I don't think I will be using these codes again, I can't stand the stress
I couldn't care less who got free stuff, let alone blame them for me not getting any. I just want my £60 back- I wouldn't mind but I only made an order for half that value. We are skint, I mean properly skint [hence our decision not to buy ds a Christmas present at all] then I saw this code and got greedy, wanted stuff for free [as we all did] and have ended up very out of pocket. Pleased for those of you who have bagged yourselves and your children a nice haul of freebies but am not in any way angry-why would I be?
