Primary School Colours

Hi there

I'm new to this forum and just wanted to pick your brains

I make flower hair accessories (when my 3 kids allow me)- I have planned to attend some school fetes this year and wanted to make some that may be appealing to the Mums for the girls to wear to school. I have already been asked to make them in a red gingham and also in a dark yellow gingham. I just wondered if you would take the time to tell me the colours of your childrens schools.

We have Bottle Green for our school, and purple for a different one.

Navy blue here, blue gingham in the summer

Red gingham would do for me! Lots of the school around here wear blue gingham in the summer, so I would add that to your list.

Red and blue are the most popular I think.i don't know anywhere that wear yellow.

There are a couple of Schools in Southend where the uniform is Brown and Yellow, so the girls wear Yellow gingham dresses in the Summer months.

The school in the next village wear yellow. For our school we would need red gingham for infants and green gingham for the juniors. In fact, dd could do with some bottle green gingham hair accesories, tell me more

The ones I'm making for School are little gingham flowers on a kirby grip ... I also do lots more for girls and adults. I don't know how much I can say on here lol ... I got told off on another Mum type forum for posting a very simular thread woops x

Purple, red, royal blue, dark blue and green here. All wear gingham to match in summer.

Thanks Chippy Minton thats what I thought, at my sons school fetes there are often children and parents from other schools. I also thought I'd take lots of my materials with me so I can make more on the day if I need to.

our school is purple and turquoise, its really hard to get matching accesories.
