Homework help please... Animal Testing / Anti Vivisection!

ds2, yr 4 has been set research homework for the next couple of days..
It's to find out about Animal Testing and to give his thoughts on it.
fine, but school have not supplied any website links.
I'm not happy at leaving ds2 to try and look for this on his own..I'v searched and can find child friendly pages on pro vivisection.
Anyone know of pages on Anti Vivisection suitable for a sensitive, animal loving 8 yr old?

Ingles -The problem is that vivisection (whether you're pro or anti) is brutal and in order to be able to give your thoughts on it you need to know what actually goes on in a laboratory and there's no way to make that easy for a child.

Have a look at the BUAV and NAV websites. Also Animal Aid. See if you can get some info to pass onto your DS.

There was an article recently in the Times or Sunday Times Magazine which my year 4 DD read. I thought that it was pretty even-handed, although it did come down on the side of pro-testing. You can probably get it on-line.

Thanks for answering
I totally agree RR... I should have posted this in AIBU really. I think it's crazy that a teacher should set this as homework without providing weblinks.. I looked on BUAV and NAV both have resources for children available to schools but not the general public. She could have accessed that for them...
Jeee don't suppose you remember any key words to make searching easier?

No, sorry. It was in the last two or three weeks I think. But I actually can't remember that much about it beyond the fact that DD1 was getting quite indignant about animal testing, and oohing and aahing at the cute monkeys in the pictures.

Also have a look at
news.bbc.co.uk/cbbcnews/hi/newsid_2140000/newsid_2149700/2149767.stm
not much info on there, but there is a bit
