What will DS miss out on if he doesn't go to nursery today?

It's the last day of term and he goes to a mixed nursery/reception class. Will he miss out on much if he doesn't go today? They had their little christmas party yesterday.

Might be the day that he is bringing home all the Christmas artwork etc he's made over the last week or so? Though at DD's nursery they chose not to leave this till the last day.

Will miss out on saying goodbye and Happy Christmas to everyone but I doubt he'll notice that ...

Depending on where you are he'll miss out on playing in the snow with his friends.

I should think they'll save it for him.... Enjoy the snow.

Santa visited our unit this morning to deliver early presents

Santa had to pull out of our Christmas party at the last minute, so in our YR/KS1 assembly we showed the children 'evidence' that something or someone had visited the school (bitten mince pie and carrot!). It was even more exciting for them than Santa coming, but I'm not sure we could pull it off again with the same children next year!
