Red cardigans with zip instead of buttons?

I would love to find some for dd1, she has a button phobia (and I am rubbish at sewing zips onto cardigans ).

I've googled till I'm blue in the face, and nothing. Also looked in local shops, ditto.

Please, nice MNers?

It is, it is! Its currently out of stock, or I'd have bought two in three sizes - thanks, Lindax, have emailed them to find out if they get more in.

Any other sources anyone knows?

MN is extraordinary

I got one last year from Sainsbury's - haven't noticed if they still do them.

Great, thanks - will try and find a Sainsbury's in SW London that does clothing. I know our local ones don't, but maybe NineElms??

Ah - I see what you mean. Only a small part of the clothing section appears online. Perhaps you could call your nearest branch with clothing and ask? If it's a trek - I'd ring anyway and have one/two put aside for you - I know they do that.

sainsburys definitely do them (but I'm in yorkshire) nice big chunky knit.

www.sainsburys.co.uk/shoppingandservices/storelocator/storelocator.htm

pop your postcode into that and tick the TU clothing box and see if anything is near you.

Thanks

Think Wandsworth is probably the closest, and will definitely phone first!

I don't know how old your dd is, but I have one my dd has grown out of - she's just turned 8.

Free for postage, if you want it!!

CheekyGirl, that is v v kind and yes please - she'll be 6 in December, but I can't see her growing out of her button phobia as fast as she grows out of cardigans!

Can I CAT you? Or contact you some other way with address?

fruit of the loom do a zipped sweat shirt fabric cardigan. has 2 pockets. Comes in red, black, royal blue and navy sizes from 5-6 upwards.

Ask a screen print company that do clothing. I got my lad one earlier this year from www.areanascreen.co.uk but I did have to phone and talk through what I wanted as on line catologue doen't show everything they CAN get, just teh most popular.

Hi
Adams have always done them. We don't have a local store anymore, but you may have. I checked online, but the uniform selection there is very limited. Good luck
