withdrawel of a secondary school place

do you know of anyone who has had their secondary school place withdrawn. do people actually get caught.

that is get caught giving a false address to get into the school

They certainly check up if something dodgy is brought to their attention. They will ask for proof of residency and, if it isn't forthcoming, withdraw the place. May vary from county to county, however.
