So nervous for DD. She seems ok. Dh and I are quietly fretting!
How's everyone else doing?

Two down, two to go. Will be glad when it's all over...Then the agonizing wait for results!

DS is doing his tomorrow - because we are in a neighbouring area, he's doing all the papers in one hit. I'm a nervous wreck, he's fairly chilled. Roll on 1.45pm tomorrow (and then we do this all over again on Tue & Wed next week Shock)

When I did my 11+ back in the 80's, it was a total non-event. No tutoring, no drama, no big deal.

I moved back to Kent a few years ago and stupidly assumed it'd still be like that - how wrong I was. The pressure is just unbelievable. It's made worse for DS by the fact that I work in a really crappy secondary school (not as a teacher, i hasten to add!) and he has The Fear that he'll have to come to my school if he fails. Also he was born end of August so is the youngest in his year.

I need to stop reading about standardised marks and raw scores before I lose the plot. Is it wine time yet?!
