New to Kingston upon Thames

We're moving to Kingston Upon
Thames in November, & I'd love to hear from any Mums in the area who want to pass on their wisdom about the place! We're moving our dd (2) from her very happy, very cosy nursery in Twickenham & I wondered if there are any you could recommend near the Kingston end of Richmond road. Or just introduce yourselves! It would be nice to hear from the new neighbours. I work from home, writing, and my husband is a composer. I should be writing now, but Mumsnet is too alluring!
