Hi everyone, I just wanted to let you all know about our new Bliss Family Group ? it is called the ?Whitechapel Little Miracles? and we will be meeting every Tuesday in term times from the 16th April onwards. The group will be from 11am to 12.30, at the Jagonari Centre which is at 183-185 Whitechapel Road, E1 1DN.

The group will be an informal friendly sort of thing. We will have tea, coffee and biscuits. Children are welcome. Every other week we aim to have talks from healthcare professionals and baby experts. It is open to anyone with experience of having a baby in special care. We only ask that if you might be infectious then please give it a miss as some of our babies are vulnerable, particularly to respiratory diseases (coughs, colds etc)

If you?re within reach of East London, please come and join us! You can also find us online on Facebook ? search for ?Whitechapel Bliss?.

love Michaela
mum to Nathan (24 weeker) and Samuel (full term)

We are back meeting from Tuesday 4th June after our break for half term.

Please come along if you are near Whitechapel and your baby spent time in hospital after birth. Looking forward to sharing biscuits with you!

I go to my local Bliss group, and it's by far the best group we go too. Lots of very supportive people and a really nice place to be. I hope yours is a success. Smile

Thanks so much MiniPops. I really enjoy going too, especially when there are new families to meet. Where abouts are you based?

This Tuesday we have a physiotherapist coming to the group to answer any questions parents might have. So its a great week for any new people to come along and get some free professional advice. Most of us worry about our baby's development even if there is no reason to do so. But if you're facing cerebral palsy, or your baby had brain bleeds / damage then even more reason to seek professional advice on what to look out for and how best to help your child maximise their potential.

If noone else has questions i'm more than happy to monopolise the session asking about my 4 year old, but it'd be great to have a big crowd of families.

Hope to see you there.
