could i be Pregnant???

hi, i was on the contriceptive injection but i only had 1 dose of it as i have heard it can mess up your system, so i came off it, me and my boyfriend (i know not a protected way of having sex ) had sex and he pulled out i have missed a period but i dont know if thats due to the injection, plus i had a light bleed but it was like brown and not a normal bleed, please help me if you have anything to say on this, i am going to take a test i just wanted someones advise first thanks
