Is it possible to feel pregnancy symptoms before missing period?

I'm sure I'm not pregnant but I must be feeling broody to even be thinking about this (ds is almost 17 months) - I'm about 3 weeks into my cycle and am feeling strangely nauseous at times -is it possible to feel like this so early?? With ds I only started getting morning sickness about 2 weeks after I missed my period...
Anyway it WOULDN'T be a great time to get pregnant for several reasons (not least the relationship between dh and I not being super stable at the moment), but I must be getting those feelings again... My cousin gave birth yesterday and it made me cry to be told about it... She's on a real high.

Definitely! I knew that I was pregnant within 4 days after conceiving ds as I felt so sick. I knew within 24 hours with my dd - don't ask me how - I was just absolutely sure and felt pregnant. My dh thought I was nuts and refused to believe me until I had a positive test. Luckily I managed to achieve that 5 days before I was due, so didn't have to wait too long!

Thanks. I'm sure I can't be (quite unlikely because of dates...though you never know) but it's a nice thought and it's nice to be feeling broody again... eventually that should lead to another baby - hope so anyway.

I never had a period between dd1 and ds1; the first symptom for me was needing the loo all the time.
