I am just being brought totally down by the sickness, the tiredness, the pregnantness and all the high risk pregnancy hoopla, bad obstetric history etc. I'm 26 weeks and no longer being sick, but I feel sick a lot of the time and finding it pretty debilitating. The rest of pg, birth etc. is going to be a long haul and I think I owe it to myself and family to try to make things as easy as possible for the moment.
Do you think there's anything I could take that would improve the nausea situation? It has been back with a vengeance this week and I have no appetite at all. Have to force myself to eat anything other than cornflakes and chocolate.
