nausea returning at 34 weeks

bleurgh - due to stomach being squished? anyone else suffering? any tips? nothing seems to alleviate it atm

just eat small and i=often mine returned at that time and if itm ried to eat too much id be sick was advise to snack little and often to keep strength up etc as this can make you sick not getting enough nutrition

i also found cold water with slice of lemon would ease it off a bit

With each of my pregnancies, especially no3, I was nauseous all the way through - with the heartburn coming in at around week 30 to add to the fun and to provide some variety.

I can't add anything to what bubblagirl has said, but I hope you feel better soon.

Hi Dinny,

Sorry to hear that. 30 weeks here and nausea never went away for me. Have been feeling it since week 6, though throwing up is a rarity now. I just cope by trying to eat regularly, stay hydrated and counting the days until the birth! I was never a sicky person pre-preg, in fact I would have described myself as an emetaphobe (having a phobia of sick) and nausea to me is one of the most debilitating feelings ever. Just pray it goes when the baby is born.

dinny, you have my sympathies. I've started puking again too. Not actually sick every day but nauseous often and have food aversions again. No tips really to share to ease it, but milk??.... that would make mine worse! Anyway, it can't last too many more weeks now......

I am 34 weeks too, and think it probably has something to do with squashing - I seem to feel quite sick after I have been sitting/lying in an awkward position, but it goes away quickly and isn't related to food aversions/nausea.

hi there can relate to that im 34+ started to feel sick last week not actually thrown up but nausea is awful feeling i sometimes manage to drink some ginger and lemon tea and it helps to eat smaller snacks more often.
