Mentioned to the midwife when I saw her on Tuesday that I thought I was getting abit of a cold, she said just drink plenty of fluids and get some rest. Done that, but since last night it's turned into a full blown case of Womanflu, I have the shakes, a temp but I feel freezing, runny nose, banging headache and i'm aching from head to toe
Paracetamol does nothing for me, and I don't wanna take anything stronger. Anyone got any 'home remedy' tips to take the edge off it abit so that tonight I could maybe get more than 30 minutes sleep?
