Ooh, I was wondering this as well.
I downloaded first trimester yoga from YouTube, but I'm not sure this has the level of professionalism I'm really looking for

Hi

I have a dvd which has two discs - one for pregnancy and one for post natal. I wish I could say that I'd used it tons and that it made a great difference.....

Was pretty fit before I got pregnant and did yoga and aqua fit during but didn;t use the dvd nearly as much as I thought I would.

The dvds are pretty good - the exercies are safe and well explained. If anyone is interested I will go and see who it is made by.

I got Erin O'Brien's prenatal exercise DVD which was pretty good. Just enough to feel you'd done something worthwhile without being totally unmanageable.

There is also a 'partners workout' on the DVD which I've never even looked at.

But I'd recommend it. Did it a couple of times a week from 19 weeks (after I stopped feeling so sick) as I'd been very fit beforehand and really craved some activity, have stopped more recently and focusing now on swimming, walking and yoga - at 37 weeks it just feels more like what my body needs.

I wasnt exactly the fittest person before getting pregnant.. and i would like to try and make an effort to improve.. im 15 weeks pregnant.. so i thought it may be worth giving it a try..
