RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MATERNITY JEANS??

Please please can someone recommend decent LONG maternity jeans which STAY UP!!! I am so annoyed with buying jeans which (a) are too short (I have long legs!) and (b) give me builders bum because they do no stay up .........
I have tried Isabella Oliver jeans, which worked up until 4.5 months but now I have a big bump are completely hopeless and do not stay up. Also have tried James jeans (from Blossom), which are even worse.
Any recommendations for over the bump jeans, which look good and are comfortable and which I don't have to keep pulling up all the time???
Thank you!!!

Topshop were fab. I'm a short arse and they were way too long. I found they fitted snugly under bump and over bottom. Worth trying some on.

Debenhams do a long leg but they seem to be really hard to find.
I had a look in the store here last night and found one pair out of about ten styles, although they were a a pretty good length and had 20% off.
I ended up buying over the bump one which at the moment are fine as I'm not too big but may have to go later.

The only ones that I could wear comfortably were Blooming Marvellous, they were good from about 5-6 months onwards. I have long legs and they were OK. I guess youu could always go for the skinny + boots look if you can't get the length.

hello

I know it sounds boring but I totally recommend the mothercare jeans about £30 and the pair I got are long and still make your bum look sexy and have an over the bump bit so no builders bum!
I live in them.

Hope you find a pair that work its a total nightmare and was the bane of my life until I found these

good luck

anyone tried Noppies??? Have been assured that they DO NOT FALL DOWN .... they look quite nice too .

Have spent too much time today on maternity clothes websites .... I have never seen such a depressing selection of clothes. Marks and Spencer in particular should be ashamed of themselves.

Right, now going to look at mothercare and pumpkin patch ...!!

I had blossom ones - they were fantastic, I actually think they were own brand blossom ones IIRC. They were definitely over the bump ones, the Top Shop under the bump ones are completely useless.

Definitely worth spending a little more if you can afford it, and are planning more LOs.

And asos have launched a maternity clothes section, they may have some.

Try New Look, I'm 5'11 and finding them great, and only £12 a pair! They're 34 ins (ideally I like 35 ins long but think these are fine). They're the Hula 34ins ones on this page

Sorry, should read properly before giving rubbish advice, these are not over the bump jeans!

I jut got some from Red Herring at Debenhams and they are lovely- reckon they might be just right for your requirements. There's a sale on at the moment too.

H&M Mama range were really good for me, but if you are lucky enough to be quite slim, the Top Shop ones were AMAZING for my friend (she said even better than non maternity jeans!)

Where do you get the blossom ones?

I've got a Next pair. I'm 15 weeks now, and got them about 3 weeks ago and they were too big at first - I had to keep pulling them up but they are fitting me better now. The length is good - I need long legs too as I'm 5ft 10. I'm waiting for my bump to get a bit bigger before I buy any more, I think! xx

I think that Next Maternity clothes come up really big - I am tempted to try a size down. I'm 22 weeks and the ones I have bought are still too big for me. Their normal clothes are quite generous too aren't they? It somehow seems like the wrong time to be trying to squeeze myself into a 10!

Another vote for Blooming Marvellous jeans, they were great.

hello

After trying almost every pair of maternity jeans out there I have fallen in love with Topshop's maternity jeans - especially their bootcut (eva) jeans, which are elasticated under the bump with inside button and elastic adjuster. I'm size 14 and tall and they come in a number of lengths. Also Ts's skinny jeans are a god send!!

I have also just found in Kew a narrow elasticated belt, which holds them up beautifully!!
