When do you get hand-held notes? (Kingston Hospital)

I am 10+6 and have had my booking appointment at Kingston. I have my nuchal scan and second set of bloods booked for a few weeks, when I'll be 12+6. As I understand it, I won't see anyone again until 20week scan....but I've been wondering...when will I get my hand-held notes?

Hi Flirty, i'm at Kingston. I have just had my booking appointment and was told I would be given my notes at my 20 weeks scan.

Thanks ladies! :-)
Not sure why I'm so keen to get hold of them...but I quite like the idea.

IS it just me who feels like it's a long time between 12 and 20 weeks to see noone? Not that I really feel I need hand-holding...I just sort of feel like I should be doing something? (God...you can tell it's my first child!)

I got my notes at 20 week scan - make sure you pick up the bounty pack as it comes in a handy folder to store them in.

I remember feeling bit neglected by the medical world in the first few months. I felt like they dont take your pregnancy seriously till you reached 20 weeks. Even after then you only see a midwife every 6 or 4 weeks (cant rtemember which)

However, once you get to weekly visits, you have had enough poking & prodding and just want to get on with it!

Have you been warned about how busy Kingston gets?? I needed to be induced but had to wait for a bed for 2 days as they were so busy, but when my firend had her baby there 10 days later, she was the only one in the malden suite for the entire time she was there!!
