I'm <ahem> having a poo about 5 times a day at moment (38 weeks), anyone else had this?

I never had this with DD but for the last week I am very windy and poo several times a day, is this normal? Anyone else experienced this?

Maybe somthing in your diet. Are you taking raspberry leaf tea or evening primrose oil. Both can play games with your gut

Raspberry leaf tablets but been taking those for 4 weeks.

I wish I could poo....9 weeks and an average of one poo every three days....

Ah CFC I was like that at the beginning, my DH is fed up of the endless discussions about my digestive tract

cfc I was like that first time round. This time it has been much easier.. this is what I'm doing differently

Taking pregnancy vitamins before bed instead of in the morning (Also helps stop sickness)

Eating 4 bits of fruit a day

Drinking 3-4 litres of water and 1/2 a large carton of orange each day.

I have had really bad wind for a few weeks now (am 40+4). It is horrible. I have not been doing more than one poo a day but when I do they are massive

That is one of the sure signs that you will be going into labour very soon - pack those bags girl! As LaVie said - a natural enema!
