everything and everyone upsets me, why?

im totally not loving my pregnancy, im constantly having aches and pains in my sides near my ribs and when i go walking i get such bad pains in my left side around my hips, i have to stop walking, im 30 weeks gone, and im not liking my bump either. plus it upsets me that none of my clothes fit me any more. is this normal and what are the pains?

plus im finding it really hard to sleep, even if i stay awake till 4 in the morning i can wake up early and still not go to bed earlier

Hey!

Not long to go so it will be over soon! Are the paind kind of like a stitch? When i was pregnant i couldn't walk and often had to stop because i had what felt like a stitch. It was my stomach muscles streaching! Sore though.
I had a horrible pregnancy but the lab our was nice and easy, and as soon as i gave birth all the pains stopped straight away, like magic!

kind of, nut always on the same side. my ribs hurt constantly, and the hip/side bellt thing is agony, but thank god it goes!

Oh poor you!
I really feel for you. I was the same with the pain and holly's right, it will go when you give birth.
I also suffered from not being able to sleep, it really depressing being up when everyone else is asleep isn't it.

Maybe one of them belts would help, I'm not sure. Come on here tomorrow and bump this for the daytime crowd and I'm sure someone will be able to help you.

Just keep thinking .. not long to go.

I get the 'stitch' too and am at the same stage as u. My first pregnancy and so sick of women saying how pregnancy is a magical time, haven't enjoyed it so far! Is this what it feels like when you're old? I can't walk anywhere fast without getting stitch or hipache, feel lik half the woman I was before I was pregnant tho physically am double lol!

Hahahhah I remember it well. It gets worse after birth believe me, you are sore, cross and knackered. And you get yelled at by a small person who doesn't give a stuff about you for quite a while but who makes regular demands on you

Seriously, I find pregnancy absolutely hell, I've got so ill each time - I now have peurperal sepsis (childbed fever) after a buggered up c section so I do feel your pain! Look at it this way, in a few years, the worst will be over and you'll be a much stronger person for it. Once DD got to a year old she turned into a real little person. Also, you do get thin/continent/indigestion free eventually.

I was like this! Have lots of nice long bubble baths and try sleeping with loads of pillows to try and get comfy. Go out and buy some new maternity clothes, there are some really nice around and put all of your 'normal clothes' away somewhere so that you arent tempted to look at them!!! Good luck x
