Is anyone else feeling constantly bloated with aching bump?

Seems a bit dumb to ask seeing as I'm 28+3 (with no.2) but just can't remember feeling like this with dd1. I seem to feel constantly bloated with aches around the top of bump and sometime round the bottom like a period pain. Can feel lots of baby movement, heartbeat really strong so am not concerned there but just wondered if anone else has experienced this and has any tips. thanksx
