Think baby has turned transverse at 37 weeks :(

I'm obviously no expert, but the 'bum under ribs' feeling has gone, the kicks are out to both sides of my bump and I think I can feel the bum and head to the sides I am feeling very periody and a bit sick and have lost a lot of mucous over the last few days so I thought things might have been getting started but now i am worried. I am seeing the midwife on monday anyway, is there any point in bothering her beforehand to check things over? And if it is transverse, is there any way of rectifying it? dd was posterior and didn't turn during delivery (ouch!) and I was so hoping for a normal presentation this time.

Am no expert either but think if you're really worried you should probably bother the midwife, if you can.

Oh meant to say that I kept thinking Ds was all sorts of ways up when he was getting near the end and midwife would come along and point out what I thought was his hand was actually his knee or something...
