Urrgghh - big moan coming...sorry!

My belly is huge - couldn't eat any dinner last night, tiny bit of breakfast, no lunch and while DD was having her lunch I was wretching over the toilet just to try and clear some room I think?? This baby is huge.

Wasn't like this first time round - will I be able to eat anything ever again?

My sympathies. I've had periods of feeling like this and I'm only 24 weeks. Maybe how the baby is lying makes a difference, I don't know.

I guess it might be worthwhile getting checked out if the sickness continues...

I'm 36 weeks and baby is head down but filling up the space inside me even though she's average size according to the midwife. Still I get periodic bouts of vomiting/nausea/feelin too full to eat much. My midwife said it's normal for many women.

I have this at the moment.
Am 28 weeks and feel like I have eaten a house. I could only manage 2 slices of toast for dinner. and now I feel worse.
Can hardly move and am in agony.

How do you make it stop?

I guess the baby moved as I was fine this morning until about 3pm.

Really getting me down...

It does get a bit easier. I think 30-35 weeks is the worst time for it (obviously it deopends on the individual circumstances). I'm 39 weeks and I can now eat again (and boy am I eating!) but up until 36 weeks I couldn't eat anything without feeling ill and incredibly uncomfortable. I found nibbling tiny amounts throughout the day was the only option (fortunately I developed a thing for sunflower seeds at the same time). I tried to eat foods that were easily digestable and contained a lot of goodness - home-made flapjacks worked well for me as I could whip them up quickly with the DDs then pick at them as and when I felt I could. I also had to eat sort of leaning backwards to fit anything in but then if I had to pick up DD2..... I

I've had this with every pregnancy even though my DDs were hardly big.
