Hi ,I am a nutritional Therapist based in East Dorset with two young children. I am thinking of running some local workshops on nutrition for pregnancy. I would be really interested to hear your views about this idea. I am thinking of running a six week course of 1 hour per week costing £60-£90 in total. Maximum group size 10 and including recipes, individual diet analysis, supplement advice and lifestyle tips. Your views would be appreciated - especially those of you in the East Dorset area.

good god, what should I have eaten in pregnancy that it'd cost £90 to find out about?

I don't think I'd be interested, sorry. I know what I'm supposed to eat in pregnancy, but the morning sickness and constant fatigue knock all my good intentions on the head. I wouldn't pay to make myself feel even more guilty.

I'd probably do it although I'd be a bit about the cost - and more to find out the do's than the don'ts IYSWIM. I'd be much more likely to pay £10 for one session or £20 for one longer session rather than commit to 6 sessions....

I think you'd have most success with rich SAHM's

um. as of next year the government are running these for every expectant mother and paying each one £190 for listening.

Hi everyone, thanks for your response - I am glad I asked first!! I think I will stick to running private practice and seeing clients on an individual basis.
