Grumpy hormones at 37 weeks ?

Has anyone else felt this ? - Just as it's getting to the most exciting bit (the baby will be here soon, hurrah !), I feel unbelievably fed up. For no reason at all. I'm a bit uncomfortable and tired obviously but I have nothing at all to be down about. It feels very pmt-y, as if I'm just overwhelmed by fed-up hormones. And want to take it out on everyone else Ho hum. Is it just me ?

I may have reached that stage before you! I'm 35 weeks and keep having what I refer to as pregnancy tantrums about nothing. Poor DH is being so patient....

Hope you feel better soon!

I'm swinging between craving affection and being short tempered with my DH. I'm 35 weeks. All normal I think- warn DP to take the rough with the smooth.

O yes. 36 weeks and I am a complete grump. The beached whale feeling has arrived very suddenly having previously felt fine, and I hate having to slow down. And there's still so much to do but I can't be arsed am supposed to be taking it easy

Thank you. Actually feeling better since my moan on here ! Hopefully it was just a blip in an otherwise good pregnancy. I'm now trying to NOT take it easy, even though it's so uncomfortable to move about, but I definitely get more braxton hicks when I walk any distance. Hoping to squeeze this one out soon ! Good luck to you all.

36 weeks here and hormonal with a vengeance! I find that I'm permanently muttering to myself during any conversations with DH. I'm longing to shout, rant and rave, but as he's the only one who gives a toss about me I think it'd be best to keep him on side for now

tomps - is this your first? if so, for the love of god, TAKE IT EASY! You won't get another day off until the day you die, so just relax and pamper yourself and don't feel guilty about doing so
