Has anyone tried Spanx (or any other brand) maternity magic knickers?

I need some magic pants that will control my thighs - not that concerned about the belly, but the thighs have gone insane!

Have looked at Spanx mama pants, but they are £22 a pair, and would quite like a cheaper option - anyone know one?

I may have phrased that badly - obviously not concerned about the belly - I do want the baby to have room to grow!

Haven't bought the maternity pants but do have the regular ones and LOVE them so much I would go on an advert for them!!

(sad I know) definately worth the extra money having bought debenhams own brand and others in the past..

Haven't tried them, but they look great. Wish I'd had them for a wedding I went to last weekend.

How far gone are you? They're quite expensive for a one off, but if you're not too far gone you may well get quite a lot of use out of these.

I'm only 16 weeks, so I'm guessing I'll get lots of use out of them. I stupidly bought a couple of jersey fabric wrap dresses, which just cling to the weird fat bulges my thighs have developed, and I need help!

I used the non maternity ones, and they just magically made the fat disappear - I have no idea how they don't squeeze it out somewhere - they are truly magic. I assume they are a tad looser in the bump department though!

chocolatespiders, I don't know where it goes but the ones I have go from mid thigh to my bra strap and they drop me almost a full dress size when I have them on ( I am however far too wobbly for my own good )
