I am fed up of feeling constantly lethargic and generally rubbish all the time. I get out for a good walk every day and am eating the best I can but I just can't shake the feeling of general yuckness. Is there anything I can do to make me feel a bit more perky? I don't take any suplements so should I maybe try something along those lines?

I'm 32 weeks and KWYM. I find I need more sleep than normal and need to get my feet up in the evenings - are you getting enough rest?

I also need more fluids than normal and drink water constantly.

Exercise - v good.

I also take pregnacare and would highly recommend it.

You don't have too long to go now!

I am trying to rest as much as I can with a 3 year old! I am on maternity leave now and tbh it is a relief to not have to be rushing aroud in the morning and be able to take things a bit slower. I struggle to stay up past nine The fluid thing is also true with me- I feel thirsty all the time. I also feel that I am dragging around a huuuuge weight- my tummy seems to have grown from nowhere in the last two weeks (along with my thighs and bum ) and I feel as if my body is under quite a strain

Hi Littlelamb, sorry you're feeling so horrible. I second Doggie about Pregnacare (you can get them with Omega 3 capsules as well, horribly expensive but good for final months and good for you with the oil too). Perhaps you should also take iron tablets. Every now and again my midwife puts me on them (100mg I think) when I'm showing a lack, even though Pregnacare has extra iron already. It really makes a difference to my energy levels (well I'm not exactly perky but perkier!) Good luck and hope you feel better soon.
