In the past 3 or 4 weeks I've been waking up every morning feeling light headed and a bit queasy. Going up and down the stairs makes me a bit breathless, sitting at my computer makes me feel weird and I have to lie down.
I graze constantly all morning (toast, bananas, porridge etc) and sip water, and by lunchtime I sort of 'come back to life' and am fine the rest of the day.
Any suggestions or ideas what's causing this or how I can avoid it?
