energy boosting ideas......

Hi
Currently 10wks with baby number 3 and I'm absolutely worn out all the time. I'm ok in the morning but goes downhill as the day goes on by 4pm I'm fit for nothing. I just want to lie down and got no energy to do anything at all.
Has anyone got any ideas that will boost my energy levels?

Hi Bondy, sorry to hear you're feeling so tired. Sorry if this is stating the obvious, but having healthy snacks between meals, choosing low GI carbs at mealtimes and getting plenty of iron-rich foods may help to boost your energy levels. If you are running a bit low on iron, avoiding tea and coffee within an hour of mealtimes and always making sure you have a source of vitamin C with meals can help. Hope you find your energy levels start to rise again soon :)

I had low-ish iron levels and found Spatone twice a day made a big difference.
