I love eggs and I've done loads of research. Apparently eggs with the lion stamp have never tested positive for salmonella.
Also, I've never heard of anyone catching salmonella from eggs, more recently it's been bean sprouts, lettuce and cucumber.
I kind of think this is just a hangover from when salmonella was present in eggs years ago.
Am I being a dick if I risk it? After all I'm not a midwife... Does anyone else have other thoughts?
