hi all im just wondering how your all measuring in regards to fundal height i know its not a exact science and can be off anyway im expecting dc3 now and with my other 2 pregnancys i was allways on target or bigger with my first then i should be but that was due to high waters levels

any how so far fundal height at 28 and half weeks was 27 and a half cms the midwife measured me at my home birth visit few days back she did a quick but not needed check fundal height is 29 and a half cms im 33+2 she said as this was not a sheduled visit she would check again at my 34 week app which is the 24th this month il be 34 and a bit weeks then so whats everyone elses been?

28w+4 measuring 29cm so fairly spot on I think.

Isn't it roughly a cm a week +/- two centimetres or so?

I don't think you are drastically off but she'll measure again ad I'm are they'll send you for a scan if you need it

I had several different midwives who all measured me differently so I wouldn't worry too much OP. I always measured a few cm smaller than my weeks and baby was 6lb8oz.

Last check was at 29w and measured 29cm so spot on. I wouldn't worry about it, doesn't seem like a very exact science to me.
