Hi,

An old friend mentioned that an experienced lady who has had many children recommended that once you reach full term you should drink one tablespoon almond oil in milk. Has anyone heard of this?? Or tried it?

I can only think to induce labour but giving you an upset tummy - ladies used to drink castor oil for the same reason but that isn't recommended now as it can cause dehydration.
