Makes no difference to anything.

DD was fully engaged at 31 weeks, born 8 weeks later.

DS never engaged, born at 37 weeks.

Dd1 engaged at 33 weeks - born via EMCS at 42+2, 38 weeks pg with DD2 head not engaged yet - having ELCS week on Wednesday.

My ds didn't fully engage till I was in the birth pool almost ready to push.

DS was undiagnosed breech.
DD moved up and down, in and out of being engaged.

Both were emcs.
