How big is my bump supposed to be?

Twins run in both myself and my partners side of the family.
I am 11 weeks tomorrow and I already have a rather big bump, is that a sign there could be more than one little one in there?

Or bloating, pregnancy slows your digestive system down and can cause you to bloat giving you a big bump.

This link describes how your bump is measured (1 week = 1cm). How much bigger are you, and how do you feel? V unscientific, but all the friends I know who had twins (five of them!) all knew around week 5-8 that it wasn't a normal pregnancy, because they felt so awful

The one thing have been having big problems with was waking up in the morning and my stomach would do this weird rumbling feeling that would travel all the way up to my throat causing me to feel very sick and it was a constant feeling for about an hour after getting up.
