Baby v definitely dropped overnight on Sat night. Woke up on Sun able to breathe (though less able to walk) with bump significantly lower. How long after this happens should it come?

Yes on plus side I can breathe 
On down side baby on a nerve and I can't really walk

I'm 36 weeks and DC3 dropped about 3 weeks ago and although they're in position ready to go, there have been no other signs!
Like you though, I'm glad I can now breathe and acid reflux has improved.
Not so happy about the new uncomfortable lump that is practically between my legs and giving me that characteristic 'waddle' :)
