Thanks ladies! Anywhere in the midlands you'd reccommend?

Part of my 16 week gender scan was 4d, she looked a bit lumpy and skinny but clearly a baby.

Second the sugary drink n chocolate to get them wriggling!

I had mine at 28 weeks and we got some lovely face shots. I was originally booked in for 31 weeks but managed to get a cancellation, im glad I did as my baby has been head down since 30 weeks, I think it would have been hard to get a god view of him.

Thanks ladies! I'm looking forward to booking it! Won't be til mid jan if I wait til 28 weeks xxx

We had both ours at 28weeks. It was perfect, DD's looked exactly as they did at birth, just slightly less chubby. You can still tell which DD is which from their 4 D scan photos. We have a 10min DVD of a wriggling, moving, thumb sucking baby.

Congratulations by the way, I forgot to say in first reply.

If we decide to try for another I would certainly be inclined to wait until 28 weeks.

It was a wonderful experience, but I would definitely recommend taking a fizzy drink and / or chocolate. They do recommend it as the sugar is supposed to help keep baby awake. Well, I ignored this and through the entire time he slept! Xx

I had mine at 32 weeks by a friend of a friend who is a professional 4d scanner (nhs hospital based). She recommended 32 weeks as we would get the cutest views of chubby cheeks without baby being so big its impossible to see all the face at once!

Thanks for that! Xx would you say 26-28 weeks is a good time to go?

We had a 4D scan at 24 weeks (earliest you can have one, I believe) as we were too excited to find out what sex our baby was. I would not recommend it so soon as he was still quite see through and we saw more of his skeleton than him. We do have a few nice photos and footage. Xx

When is the best time? I've heard conflicting things!

If you have any DC already, and you had 4D when did you go?

Thanks!!! xxxx
