My mw said its normal for it to be lower in pregnancy but that is pretty low. Are you drinking enough? Staying hydrated will help to bump it up. My mw said you need to drink double what you normally have in pregnancy!
Maybe you should see your Gp if you're suffering that much - you might be iron deficient.

Mine is always low (as was my mums so runs in the family). I drink and eat, little and often always have a snack with me wherever I go banana and dried fruit are good.

If you are having trouble speaking though I would be concerned, regardless of blood pressure.

My BP was very low at the beginning of my last pregnancy. The GP said it was just above the level for maintaining consciousness! Which explained why the room was spinning whenever I stood up.

You have my sympathy. I don't think anyone can imagine what a horrible feeling it is unless they've experienced it, I found it far worse than morning sickness. I was signed off work for weeks and just had to lie in bed with a headache feeling so weak. I found Lucozade was the only thing that helped and the Dr also told me to eat lots of salty foods.

By about week 11/12 it had come back up enough for me to function - although it stayed low through the pregnancy. After delivery I had another few days of fainting & couldn't leave hospital because it was so low but then it went back to a more normal level & I was fine.

Good luck & I hope you feel better soon.

Mine is quite low (can't remember exact figure, think it is a little higher than yours). My only symptom is I see 'stars' if I stand up too quickly after bending down. I am 33 weeks pregnant. During my labour with my first pregnancy the epidural made my blood pressure go even lower but I felt OK. The midwife said low pressure is normal for some people. However if you feel really ill then you need to get it sorted.

I have very low BP and it is normal in early pregnancy. However, never had trouble talking so agree you should get hat checked out.

Mine was lower than each time until the third trimester when it crept up to more like 100/60. I had no issues, but see the gp if you continue to feel unwell as there could be another reason for it.
