My DD 2 has been potty trained for 2 months. she's been really good from the start with accidents only really happening when she's napping.

The problem is, she is having accidents every day with the childminder and I don't get why when she is so good with me, even when distracted at Legoland!

Childminder seems a little frustrated and suggested she's not ready to be trained, but she hasn't pooed in a nappy since Christmas and tells me she needs to wee - even in the middle of the night.

A friend suggested she's no happy with the childminder, but she had a bad experience at nursery and I could tell a huge difference with her. She's been going for over a year now so it's not new.

Help!

Hi Tori27, no advice from me here as we're more or less in the same position. Just wondering if things have changed or if you've found a solution.

My DD is just over 2 and has just started potty training (about a week) - although I haven't really consciously pushed the issue. She just decided that she wants pants and not nappies. She's good with me and takes herself to the potty however has constant accidents at the childminder's. And she loves being at the childminders. I'm wondering if I should put her in nappies for the childminder and keep her in pants when she's with me...or whether this will just confuse her...

Anyone with any suggestions?

I was hoping that having 6 weeks at home with me (I work in a school) would do the trick. All was fine until last Thursday when she started doing little leaks before using the potty/toilet. She finds it funny and got through 4 pairs of knickers today (worst day so far for it). It's not enough to go onto her trousers so it could be worse. On the plus side, she'd great when we're out and even held on for an hour when we were stuck on the motorway!
