help me, fourth week of regression!

I have no idea what to do, we're on our fourth week of accidents. He'll have a day or two without an accident and then have a really bad day. He started off just wetting himself, now he's pooing himself.

I've tried ignoring it, I've tried stickers and praise, I even tried the naughty step when he pood not one foot away from the potty with his back to it.

He was PT at Christmas and he's been fab since then. Recently though, not so much.

No issues or new siblings, we haven't moved or changed routine in any way. I am befuddled and stressed.
