dd potty trained at home but accidents at childminders

Hi I wonder if anyone can offer some advice
I took 3 weeks off work with dd and potty training worked, the odd accident in week 1 and then no problems at all. During weekends and my days off dd is also potty trained with no accidents.
She returned to her childminders and is pooing in her knickers every day and wetting herself up to 3 times a day.

There have been a few changes at the childminders, their usual assistant left and now a new girl with no english or qualification/experience is working there ( I am not happy about this)
My dd has gone from being happy to go to the childminders to crying on the way to their house and even on my days off she says I dont want to go to childminders.

The childminders wanted her in pull ups but my dd sees them as a nappy and would use them as such, so I bought the training knickers instead. I bought a potty for the childminders house as they dont have one but the husband of the childminder said he doesnt want touse it as they want her to use the toilet ( she uses both at home)

Its so frustrating I feel that the cm are not supportive of the potty training, The husband told me last week basically that he didnt believe that she was trained with me .

Any help/advice would be welcome
thanks
