potty training for a poo! - tips please

Hello
I have just recently managed to potty train my 2 1/2 daughter on the potty and she loves using the toilet and potty apart from the poo element, I have tried with a small chart to encourage her everytime she does a poo she gets a sticker on the chart and then if she fills it she would get a treat of some sort but it has not helped

Anyone got other tips please, it would be mucy appreciated
