Regression in bedwetting

Ds 1 is 4.5. He stopped wearing nappies at night and did really well with the odd accident now and again.

However recently he has suddenly started wetting the bed 2 or 3 times a night. Last night he crept into our bed and wet that . He is asleep when he does and often doesn't wake up. It seems unfair to put him back in pull ups but I can't keep up with the washing. Especially as he wets his duvet too.

His bedtimes have always been a struggle and have got worse recently too.

Could it be nerves about school?
