Potty Training regression

Potty trained dd when 3yrs not a natrual, but rewards and sticker charts got us to dry 4 days out of 5 for about 4 months. Then the accidents started happening this was at the time baby sister joined her at nursery and mum started back at work. Thought it was just a phase and re-introduced stickers on the calender for any day with dry pants. 4 months on still several accidents a day and stickers seem to be on days when we are doing lots so I remind to go to toilet before going out. DD does not seem to notice she is wet, although other children at nursery do. Thank goodness for Oct Birthday so not starting school for another year.
Any suggestions of what to do?
Into pull ups?
Back to reward for each wee in toilet? Should we remind her to go or leave her totally in charge?

Have you taken her to the gp to rule out a uti or any other medical reason? May be absolutely fine, but might be good so at least you know.

Other than that looking forward to any other reponses as we have a new baby due in september so fully expecting ds to regress!

I work in a nursery with toddlers and have had lots of experience of potty training.
My method is not to remind children to go to the toilet but to leave them to learn to recognise the sensations of needing to go. This does mean they have accidents but I believe that they need to have the accidents to realise the consequences of not responding to the physical sensations of needing a wee/poo.
I also don't think that pull-ups help. I find that they confuse children and prolong the whole process.
I also find that staying calm and not being judgemental is crucial in helping children cope with accidents.
I give rewards too.
