Hello this is my first post although have been an avid reader of the site for years. My 3rd child is now 13 weeks and is still waking up 1 or 2 times a night - are others finding this normal? any tips on getting her to sleep through? worried that my breastmilk is very low by the end of the day so she doesn't get a good feed before bed.... please help!

I've just been to see the HV about this very thing. My DS is 13 weeks too. No problem getting too sleep but waking once or twice in the night for feeds. I have found that expressing milk and feeding him by bottle before putting him to bed helps as otherwise he falls asleep on me before he has filled his tummy. I can be happy he has had enough to eat and it helps him sleep for longer. Still breastfeeding during the night though as I can't be bothered to get up and heat the EBM! Would love any other tips
