Noooooooo. Actually we have had better sleeping I. In the morning since clock change. Confused long may it last.

I know some of you are TIRED.

but I am tired. 18 months of silly o'clock mornings ingrained tired. I know, I know is nothing, I am a tired lightweight. But it is now the fourth time I have done it and I am tired. Ok? I would like to sleep for a weekend to rebound from it.

VQ I'll have you know there is nothing wrong with varifocals as I've worn them since 25 ;)

Just rang DP to say on way home. Apparently builders have put hole through neighbours wall. Ace

Excellent thread killing skills! Happy birthday Stunt! I think there's a cosmic balance limiting the number of size 10s on the planet - as you slinked into that Pepperberry dress I was simultaneously trying to squeeze my wee but definitely there 12 week baby belly into my size 10s and realising I'll be out of them next week now!

I am closing my ears to any talk of sleep regression. Now I have to get up at 6.30 for work every day, I can't cope with crap sleep on top of that.

DH wears varifocals and is an old gimmer and they do clever ones where you can't tell at all.

Excellent thread ending ladies, shame I missed it completely.

So today was busy, found a pond 10min walk away and we fed the ducks. I'm so glad there is a pond here, really miss clapham common and it's ponds ignore that I live by the river. Than had my nephew all afternoon as my brother and his wife had to attend a funeral. It was lovely, took some lovely pictures of the kids. But my oh my, leg is killing me now. I have overdone it:(. Stitches out tomorrow, yey.

pikz hope the hole is not bad!

Sophia afaik 30 Day Shred level 2 is on YouTube. I only have seven days left to go if you want the DVD after that. There isn't as big a jump between levels 2 and 3 as there is between levels 1 and 2.

I'm still on level one. I think I need a physio for my abs. Will get gp to refer me to one.

I'm pretty sure ours is the thread where we are all going to pass by the 18 month sleep regression as an urban myth. We are arn't we? please say we are! F has only had a few nights of sleeping through since the worst run of bad nights ever, and to be honest its been pretty bad on and off since xmas so I can not take a sleep regression any time soon.
On the good side I have started settling him for both naps and night sleep with me out of the room (stood outside saying "lie down its sleepy time" about a million times - and its working! no crying! this is a huge improvement as at xmas he was still needing me to lie with him for the duration of his nap and up until this week I had to wait until he was totally asleep before I put him in his cot.
I need to start the Shred - I've been using the bad sleep as an excuse but if F keeps up this better sleeping I am going to have to get my sizable ass off the sofa and start shredding my baby belly away (is it still a baby belly after 16 months?)
