only day not good for me is a Wed.

If its in London does that mean Tube navigation... not sure thats a good thing for me!! Still i will go with the flow and see whats what....
Maybe we could meet at a landmark, say the EYE, have a bit of a walk along the Thames and then go for lunch, or coffee, am sure theres a few places along that way??

I'm in too. I'm pretty flexible with days so I will fit in with everyone else.
I would prefer it not to be right in the middle of London as I can't bear the place (I still haven't taken Jake into work as that is right in the middle of London) but again, I'm flexible if it suits every one else. (Perhaps I could tie it in with a visit to work and then only have to go to the place once!!Smile)

It doesn't have to be London - just thought it might be easier for anyone coming from the North. perhaps we could find somewhere else that has a good main line railway station so it's easy for everyone to get to.

I'm keen.....if it's London then I'd prefer Tues or Wed when dd1 is in nursery. Don't want to navigate tubes/trains with both of them. Took dd2 into London last week and that was fine, came into Waterloo and then to Charing Cross and St Pauls and didn't have to navigate any stairs at all. Maybe better booking somewhere for lunch though, if there are a few of us and babies.

Hi all, I'm in as long as I haven't returned back to work by the time it's organised as I would only be able to do weekends then!!! Sad

I think London will be OK for me as I reckon I will have got George into a stroller by then so no huge pushchair to lug around or if people wanted other places to meet up then we could have a day out in Brighton or something I know it's an extra hour on the train but that might be the amount of time we take to negotiate the subway/london crowds etc

Just a thought but I'm easy any way.

Brighton does sound good,i dont mind doing a wkend either....

I don't mind Brighton - was just thinking it may be too far for any nothern people.

I'd rather do a weekday than a weekend but I'm flexible - just means I don't have to worry about dd.

When do you go back to work flutter - perhaps we can set a date before then.

Brighton is beautiful at this time of year not too busy but just starting to warm up (if you don't count this week)

Come on people lets have some more feedback and make a decision.

I don't know Brighton very well but could get there easily enough from here. So we are looking at a weekday in April then? First week in April isn't good for me, as we fly back from Italy on 3/4 so would rather not have anything else on that week if possible. Rest of the month is open at this stage Smile

Oooooooo, love to join you ladies. I'm on the Nov. post-natal group, but was origionally on the Dec, but twins were booked to come early!

I could only do London tho - double buggies are not allowed on trains unless folded, and I can't hold two babies at the same time.

If you do decide on Brighton, maybe I can come to the next London one?
