An urgent prayer request turned up on my FB page this morning. Roomforalittleone posted it but she is moving today. I tried to link but I can't do it without posting all the other comments as well.
The request is to pray at 00.00 PDT, not sure what that is in British Summer Time

00.00 PDT apparently is 8.00 am in BST.

Sorry I've only just seem your message. I am praying for Meriam too. CSW are asking people to contact American Embassy to ask that Meriam's children be given American citizenship, so that they can't be taken from Meriam and her husband.

It says that her husband and children already have American citizenship, that's why it is so bad that the America is not supporting them more than they do. It says that if President Obama would contact the President of Sudan the sentence would be overturned. There is a link to contact your senator (if you are American yourself of course). I can't link just the prayer request and supporting information without also linking to the 1000 or so people who said they would be involved, but I'm sure you'll find it if you Google or have a look on FB

Where are they moving her to?

I hope that that pig of a relative who stirred this up to get his hands on her businesses is hauled up. Trying to steal someone else's business/money/inheritance is an extremely serious offence in Islam. Being of another religion isn't (I believe there is a bit in the koran about religion not being 'forced').

I also hope the idiot of a judge is also thus judged and sentenced.

Great news not widely reported in the press Meriam Ibrahim has been FREED and there are pictures of her, her husband, her son and baby on Facebook. We can't quite stop praying as they are not safe in the Sudan, but need to be given asylum in the USA where her husband is already a citizen.

In the meantime, give thanks to God that He has done a great work. I suspect that the lack of media coverage is a reluctance to acknowledge that God has been at work here.

Unfortunately Meriam has been re-arrested at the airport with her whole family. There seems to be some complicated family feud going on. Please renew your prayers.
