doing the garden and there is a robin in the garden thats getting very close to me doesnt seem to ne bothered by me, ive heard of things before of people having experiences of past away ones that seem to take on the role of an animal to check on loved ones and i think this is my grandad, as some of you know i think my grandad visits us alot and im pretty sure this is him told my mom and she seems convinced to Smile

Some people will say that it's co-incidence because robins are very friendly birds who will let you get close to them anyway, but your post resonates with me because I think my grandad sends me robins too ... I don't think my robin is my Grandad, but I'm pretty sure that it's his way of letting me know he's still around. There's a particular reason why I think of him when I see robins anyway, but other things have been happening which has made me think that he's around.

It freaked me out to start with but I now find it very reassuring.

oh how lovely! Whenever I see a pink sky, I think my Dad sent it for me, as we used to sit in the garden in summer, just chatting quietly and watching the sun set.

Its :) and :( at the same time.

my pet bunny died a few weeks ago, i told my son (4) that he would change into a butterfly, we saw one a few mins after! the first one id seen this year.

also since my mum died ive had about 4 really vivid dreams about her, they're so real like i could touch her. its comforting Smile

I have "dreams" with my grandad in them, they are always very similar. It's just like he's been out to the shops and come in to his house. We are all there and say it's really nice to see you again. Makes me Smile

My parents always had a friendly robin in their garden in the house in London where they lived for 40 years. They've moved to the South Coast now and have a friendly robin in their garden here too. I only made the connection after chatting to my PILs who are spiritualists. My FIL has seen a little boy in shorts and long white socks playing in my mum's house. She lost a boy before having me, I reckon the robin is my big bruv.
